Q: What if I haven’t swum since my first course?

A: Decide if you’d be more comfortable repeating Essentials 1 or taking E2. Take a SwimSnax E2 Appetizer if it would make you more prepared. It’s a new 2-session course designed to save you a week of travel.

Q: What’s covered in this course?

A: As you know, the most important part of Miracle Swimming is our proprietary knowledge to overcome fear. We don’t put on the internet. The rest of the Course Content is at this link.
