~19 hours. Take the Essentials 1 Online Course at your leisure. Eight sessions of ~2.5 hours comprise all the conversations, points, and questions covered in the Essentials 1 in-person course. Learn how to overcome fear without taking risks. Get the vast amount of information that’s missing from traditional lessons. Life-changing. 

This is an actual class of 7 adult students who overcame a significant amount of their fear of water by learning the course content before going to the pool. If you can’t get to a pool easily, if you want to know what Miracle Swimming is about and make significant progress at home, or if you want to fill in the gaps of learning at your traditional swimming lessons, take this course. 

No pool is necessary for the online course. If desired, you can practice in a bathtub, hot tub, back yard pool, or inflatable kiddie pool.

In a regular pool, the tether will function as a spotter if you wish to purchase one—someone who keeps you from drifting out of reach of the wall.

Each video of the course must be downloaded in order to view it in its entirety. Otherwise you’ll see only one hour of it.
