Accommodations are available at local hotels and at Sun Outdoors. It’s an RV resort that also has small cottages. Lodging is not included in the course fee.

Nearby hotels that we can recommend (2 miles away) are Ameniti Bay and Magnolia Pointe, both on the same property.

Fly into Sarasota or Tampa (one hour’s drive from Sarasota).

SloMo means we proceed in “slow motion!” For part of the course, we use a pool that has a 1-2 foot section (depth). If it would be a relief to be in this course rather than Essentials 1, by all means take it. Your progress depends on taking the right course.

This pool provides the optimal learning environment for Essentials SloMo.

A nonrefundable deposit of $200 holds your space in class. Balance is due July 25, 2025.
The price includes purchase of a tether ($30 for registered students) for use in class and afterward.
