Three sessions of one hour on land followed by two hours in the pool. Optional 1- hour Zoom session included in price.

Bring a wetsuit shirt or vest, 1-2 mm thick.

The Refresher course takes place as the last three class meetings of the Freestyle & Turns course to review the last steps and drills that were learned in earlier in the course. If you’ve been swimming freestyle and it’s been working and you’d like to make sure you’re swimming efficiently, the refresher is for you. If you’re not sure, please give us a call.
