You can literally learn to be confident in deep water on your own with the combination of the tether and our book. Start in shallow water. Your swimming lessons can be transformed with these two tools. You can learn to be comfortable in both shallow and deep water without swimming lessons with the book and tether. 

The tether consists of the three parts shown in the photo above: loop (white), belt (purple, size small), extender (blue). An extra extender allows for greater distance from the wall when you’re ready.

The tether prevents you from drifting away from the wall so you feel 100% safe. Adjust it to keep you within easy reach (1-foot) of the wall when you let go.

Choose the belt that most closely fits your waist. If you want the option of being further from the wall than the included blue extender allows, choose the extra extender at the desired length.

The 46 inch belt is purple. The 56 inch belt is light blue. The 66 inch belt is green.
